Autumn in northeastern Ohio is often unpredictable, but this year it was mild, bright, and utterly beautiful. There is no doubt that it was also deliously colorful, but it is the quality of autumn light that enchants me so. These photos illustrate the light that is typical of those precious few days when the daylight is waning yet the air is still warm.
