Family Picnic at the Cleveland Museum of Art

It may have been just a little bit chilly, but that didn't stop Bess, her husband Kip, and her sisters Eunice and Esther from enjoying a beautifully styled picnic on the lush verdant grounds of the Cleveland Museum of Art. Cleveland is just now starting to bat her blossoming eyelashes, and wow does it ever show! Of course I have to mention Bess and Kip's two delightful Frenchies Ari and Little Monet. They were definitely pleased with all of the cuddling going on! 

This family has a ton to be happy about! Bess and Kip just celebrated their 7th anniversary and Eunice (in the pretty blue dress) recently graduated from college. It was so fun sitting in on this moment of time when they can all be together. 

Thanks to Bess for styling such a lovely little picnic. She's pretty much my new style icon. Those leggings and shoes are just perfection!

The Dempsey Family

When we photograph little ones it always seems so special to show context - the color and light in a childhood room, booties bought when baby was just a twinkle, moments between parent and child so intimate because they are swaddled in the comfort of home. The Dempsey's have created a gorgeous space for their little one, and the love that flows between the three of them is palpable.
